Pottery

This past March, I decided it was time to expand my artistic horizons. I explored the web, did a little research, and finally settled on where and with whom I wanted to start taking classes.

One of these classes ended up being Darra Jannuzzo’s Saturday morning all levels wheel class at Roswell West. During the my first eight week session, I learned a lot. I got a chance to throw pots and bowls, trim leather heard pieces, glaze earthware, and get to know all of the lovely ladies in my class. But, best of all, I found that I began looking forward to the end of each week so I could head back to the studio and get elbow deep in clay with a my new friends.

To say the least, it turned out to be a fantastic class choice and have since signed up for another session. As a result, I’m sure that by the end of the year I will have an even larger army of little sugar bowls.
